1. Service Terms
NLux Chauffeurs provides premium chauffeur and executive transportation services across London and surrounding areas. By using our services or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years and over. All journeys are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to confirmation. The following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: full refund
- Cancellations made between 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup: full charge applies
- No-shows will be charged the full journey price
- Airport transfers: free cancellation up to 4 hours before the scheduled flight arrival
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices quoted at the time of booking are final and include all applicable charges unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the complimentary period, additional stops, or route deviations requested during the journey. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, card payment, or as agreed at the time of booking. Corporate accounts are available upon request.
4. Liability
NLux Chauffeurs takes all reasonable steps to ensure punctual and safe service. However, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, adverse weather conditions, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service. We maintain comprehensive insurance for all vehicles and passengers during the journey.
5. Vehicle & Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and drivers with respect. The following conditions apply:
- Smoking, vaping, and consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all vehicles
- The driver reserves the right to refuse or terminate a journey if passenger behaviour poses a safety risk
- Passengers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle interior during the journey
- A cleaning fee of up to £250 may be charged for soiling or damage to the vehicle
- Child seats can be provided upon request at the time of booking
6. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
